What keeps you at Harvey Nash?

At Harvey Nash, I am given the opportunity to push myself to the limit. It’s an environment where I can grow and be the best version of myself. Whilst I’ve only been here for 2 years, I’ve been involved in some amazing projects that have built my resilience, confidence, and professional skills more than I would have ever imagined.

Besides that, I am lucky to have such wonderful colleagues who continuously support and encourage me in work. They are my second family.

What makes Harvey Nash different to other employers?

Throughout the year, there are lots of special occasions such as Women’s Day, Christmas Day, New Year Eve; we make a big effort with employees on these occasions. We also have a day called 'Parent’s Day' and the company sends us presents for our parents as well. Caring for employees in such a fantastic way makes Harvey Nash different from other employers; it’s the little things that matter.

What’s the best thing we’ve done for you?

The working environment. There are not many places like this; everyone is so supportive, kind and respectful of each other. The team spirit is high, even in difficult times.

How would you describe the Harvey Nash Culture?

If there is one word to describe the culture at Harvey Nash, it’s openness. Thanks to the culture of openness, we feel safe and comfortable to give constructive feedback for improvements. We have the same growth mindset and willingness to learn from each other day by day. It’s not easy to build a culture like this, it takes plenty of effort from the management team and the employees as well.

What’s your biggest achievement here to date?

My biggest achievement is becoming a trainer in NashTech. I have recently launched an English Program and it significantly enhanced the essential skills of our employees including presentation, facilitation, communication, creativity, and active listening skills.
