Job Title: US - Non-IT/Engineering Recruiter

Requirement:
- We require a Mid-Level candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically within core Engineering who has extensively worked on any Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Packaging Engineer, quality engineer, Logistics, Buyer etc.
- Prior experience working with Automotive, manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is a key
- Will Consider someone proficient in utilizing job boards such as Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder to source top talent within the non-IT sector.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a consistent track record of long-term tenure within their previous roles, particularly in Engineering recruitment
- The ideal candidate should have experience working with both W2 (80%) and C2C (20%) arrangements.
- Prioritizing tasks and staying organized throughout the recruitment process
- Understanding industry-specific terminology, job requirements, and market trends.
- While previous experience with Bullhorn is preferred, it's not mandatory. However, the candidate should be tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Networking skills to expand your talent pool and maintain connections with industry professionals
- We need someone who can hit the ground running without any delays. Immediate availability is highly desirable.
