Role : UK Recruiter
Experience : 3 to 7 years
Location : Remote, India
Roles and responsibilities:
Experienced working with Contract/fulltime requirements in UK/EU region.
Must have experience working on ATS like Bullhorn.
Well-versed with IT technologies.
Hands on experience with Direct clients/VMS Requirements.
Excellent Communication and technical skills are mandatory.
Proven history of identifying and engaging with hard-to-find candidates in a competitive environment. Ability to work in high job order volume/challenging environments and take ownership of the requirements assigned.
Exceptional professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills of managers and supervisors in selecting the most qualified candidates. Engage and build pipelines of viable talent.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies with the team.
Source hard-to-find, niche, and diverse candidates utilizing creativity with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field preferred but others are considered as well.
