Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Non-IT) – W2 Requirements
Location: Hybrid - Hyderabad office( In future it may change to 5 days office)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles with expertise in handling W2 requirements. The recruiter will focus on roles in supply chain, consumer electronics, retail, and engineering/OEM domains such as: Business Strategy Planning Manager, Operations Manager (Level 2 to 5), Business Systems Analyst (Non-IT/Marketing), Media Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Specialist, Financial Analyst, Business Development Manager, Demand Planning etc..
Requirements:
- 3+ years of W2 recruitment experience.
- Proven success recruiting for mid-to-senior roles in supply chain, logistics, marketing, and finance.
- Stable work history; no frequent job changes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with persistence to overcome challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of OEM, retail, and supply chain roles.
- Experience with e-commerce, electronics manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
