Job Title: Recruitment Sourcing Specialist – Ireland Market
Location: Remote,India
Employment Type: Full-time

Work hours: 1.30 PM IST to 10.30 PM IST

Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our team and focus on identifying top talent for our Ireland-based clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably within technology hiring, with expertise in Data and Cyber Security roles. The role primarily involves sourcing permanent candidates rather than high-volume contract hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify top talent.

  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess suitability for open roles.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on candidate pipeline and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Stay updated with market trends, salary insights, and talent availability in the Ireland job market.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably for technology roles.

  • Strong understanding of Data and Cyber Security hiring is a plus.

  • Experience sourcing permanent candidates rather than contract hires.

  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn ATS, Reed, and Talent Search.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Prior experience working with the Ireland or UK market is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing for Ireland-based clients, especially in IT and cybersecurity roles.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing assignments.

  • Familiarity with Ireland’s recruitment regulations and hiring landscape.
