The Job
- Creating a clear business development strategy to generate new business and expand service lines into existing clients
- Having a systematic and deliberate approach to expanding your network
- Maintaining and developing a broad network of highly credible candidates through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Building your brand; generating insightful content to share with your network and creating impactful external events
- Educating yourself on a wide range of technologies and specific market insight relevant to your specialism
- Establishing internal relationships across the wider business through cross selling and knowledge sharing
- Effectively using search tools and job platforms to increase efficiency

What do you need to be successful?
- Experienced in Tech recruitment and generating new business
- Action orientated and results driven, moves quickly with purpose
- Recognised as a contributor in a market, sector, topic or specialism
- Evidence of winning new business from existing clients often
- Mindful of the business strategy and able to communicate this to both colleagues and our clients
- Ability to maintain energy and entrepreneurial approach and thinking
- Displays a high level of honesty and integrity and a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership
- Experience withing a specialist or all rounder on technology verticals
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, facilitation and presentation techniques
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, with the gravitas to operate at all levels
