Hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

The Job

Creating a clear business development strategy to generate new business and expand service lines into existing clients
Having a systematic and deliberate approach to expanding your network
Maintaining and developing a broad network of highly credible candidates through strategic outreach and relationship building
Building your brand; generating insightful content to share with your network and creating impactful external events
Educating yourself on a wide range of technologies and specific market insight relevant to your specialism
Establishing internal relationships across the wider business through cross selling and knowledge sharing
Effectively using search tools and job platforms to increase efficiency

What do you need to be successful?

Experienced in Tech recruitment and generating new business
Action orientated and results driven, moves quickly with purpose
Recognised as a contributor in a market, sector, topic or specialism
Evidence of winning new business from existing clients often
Mindful of the business strategy and able to communicate this to both colleagues and our clients
Ability to maintain energy and entrepreneurial approach and thinking
Displays a high level of honesty and integrity and a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership
Experience withing a specialist or all rounder on technology verticals
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, facilitation and presentation techniques
Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, with the gravitas to operate at all levels
