Our People Promise

It is very rare to find a business where you can have quite as much of an impact for our clients than at Nash Squared. Our people are central and critical to everything we do, and the opportunity for them to make a difference in their work, every day, is huge. That is why we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented environment where we actively nurture and empower the talented individuals within our business.

Our Employee Resource Groups

Our global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are a key driver of inclusivity connecting our employees. We are incredibly proud of our ERGs as they are made up of volunteers from across our business and were created by our colleagues, for our colleagues. Each ERG is sponsored by a member of the Executive Committee, demonstrating commitment and drive from the very top of Nash Squared. We also have the global Diversity & Inclusion council who works to ensure that ERGs are supported, have a voice, and can contribute to our organisation's diversity and inclusion efforts.

Latest achievements

ethNASHity

ethNASHity had a vision to bring to life our different cultures in our business and what better way to do this than through people's shared love of food! Thus, the idea of ‘Life of a Plate’ was born. From traditional dishes passed through generations, inspired by different cultures, this cookbook is a celebration of our heritage, the food that brings us together, and reflects the diversity and richness of our community.

NASHability

NASHability launched the ‘Inclusive Insights’ communication series aimed at educating and promoting greater understanding on certain topics and by doing so, helping build a more inclusive culture. Communication provides our colleagues with a platform to talk about subjects that are important to them whether this be due to personal lived experience or because they have friends or family members affected by them.

NASHpride

In honour of Inclusion Week, NASHpride created a guide to using pronouns to accompany the ‘Nash Squared Language Matters’ guide.  The guides were not intended to be a prescriptive list of what you should or shouldn’t say, but to act as a frame of reference to help us all be more inclusive with the language we use.

wo+men@NASH

In March 2024, wo+men@NASH launched the inaugural Nash Squared ‘EmpowHER Inclusion Awards’. We had a staggering 24 winners across the globe. The awards were an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the remarkable achievements of individuals who embody the values of inclusivity, empowerment, and inspiration, particularly focusing on those who go above and beyond to elevate women.
