What is Thomas Perform?

Thomas Perform is our chosen psychometrics tool. We value understanding our future colleagues on a deeper level, beyond CVs and interviews. There are no wrong answers, and they are not used as a decision-making tool. We use psychometric assessments to gain insights into your strengths, communication style, and behavioural preferences.

Why do we use Thomas Perform?

The in-depth insights from the Thomas Perform assessments allow us to understand your motivations better and create an effective onboarding plan, ensuring a smooth and swift integration into the business that match your learning style.
