Talent Manager

Remote, England

Spinks

This role is a key role that underpins the wider Spinks on Site team, supporting the onsite service to our clients. Although you will be a Spinks employee, when on site you will plug into our client, as an extension to their talent team to provide an agile and adaptable service to match their needs.

Spinks on Site is an exciting and proven Talent attraction and retention solution that many of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups and scale-ups are turning to in order to re-imagine the way they hire…

We created Spinks on Site for business leaders, to give them an advantage in their exciting growth journey.  If a scale-up or fast-growth company is about to go through a hiring surge, the Spinks on Site team can embed themselves into the business and help recruit for multiple roles in a short period of time.

Like our clients, working for Spinks, or Spinks on Site means working in a busy environment with a start-up mindset. At Spinks we move quickly, try and adopt new tools and platforms that bring value and generally take a different approach to recruitment and on-site talent management.
