As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across our RPO’s to develop and deliver effective end-to-end recruitment services.

As a Service Delivery Manager in Harvey Nash, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across our incredible RPO’s to develop and deliver effective end-to-end recruitment services. You will have the opportunity to work with some extremely impressive and well-known companies and will ensure all support and service management processes required to deliver a successful service.

The Role:

  • Overall management & success of the MSP, RPO, Pop-Up, or otherwise related service(s)
  • Building client relationships and becoming a "trusted" advisor for services under your management
  • Proactively providing analysis on recruitment statistics, candidate information and market trends to shape and steer the service(s)
  • Growing the business by significantly expanding your network of candidates and clients
  • Resourcing and hands on delivery with hires
  • Creating a clear business development strategy to generate new business and expand service lines into existing clients
  • Having a systematic and deliberate approach to expanding your network
  • Building your brand; generating insightful content to share with your network and creating impactful external events where appropriate
  • Educating yourself on a wide range of technologies and specific market insight relevant to your specialism
  • Establishing internal relationships across the wider business through cross selling and knowledge sharing

Success Factors:

  • Experienced in recruiting within both agency and Internal/Account Management
  • Experienced within the Technology sector would be desirable
  • Skilful at building and maintaining great client relationships and nurturing relationships to build a pipeline of prospects
  • Be confident in a client facing role and being a visible partner to your clients
  • Knowing how to build the businesses from existing client and candidate relationships
  • Knowing how to and wanting to grow your network as if you are running your own business
  • Has a point of view and gives advice with their knowledge and insights on the industry
  • Passionate and energetic to succeed
